Etta Scollo is the most famous singer of traditional music from sicily and she has carried out research on sicilian popular music for long. This album is a special project in which she transforms into songs some arab poems dated xith century. Etta Scollo sings and plays her guitar and is also accompanied by the string quartet l'ottava nota, and the wroclaw score and Berlin pops orchestras.
