Shipping Rates/Guidelines

CANADA SHIPPING UPDATE (as of 12/3/2024): Due to the Canada Post shipping strike our shipping options have been limited to DHL shipping. This rate is automatically calculated at checkout. We will update our shipping options to Canada as more become available. 

Shipping charges are based on the weight and the shipping method you choose. All shipping costs will be clearly calculated during checkout before you are asked to enter payment information and submit your order.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We offer the shipping options of USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground.

You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. This notification will include pertinent details about your shipment, including tracking numbers if applicable. To view the status of your order at any time, log into your account and click "My Account" in the top right corner of the page. From your account, click on "Orders" to see an overview of your order history and "Details" next to the order overview to see full details including your tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE: For orders shipped outside of the U.S., Arkiv/HBDirect is not responsible for customs charges, duties or taxes which may be applied to your shipment. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders to Norway, the European Union,* or the United Kingdom. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We greatly value our customers in those regions and look forward to finding a solution to service them in the future.
